Dr Mariusz Weiss

Mariusz specialises in civil litigation, with particular emphasis on banking and consumer law, insurance and compensation law, and the law of obligations.
He completed his law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, followed by his legal counsel traineeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. He holds the academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences in the field of private law, awarded by the Faculty of Law and Administration of UAM.
He serves as a lecturer in substantive civil law at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. He is the author of numerous academic publications in the fields of civil law, insurance law and sports law, and co-author of a commentary to the Civil Code.
