Wojciech specialises primarily in providing ongoing legal services to business entities, in particular in the areas of contract law and corporate law.
He completed his law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, followed by his legal counsel traineeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań.
In his professional practice he represents clients in litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution. On a day-to-day basis he advises clients on the conclusion, performance and termination of commercial agreements. He drafts and reviews corporate documentation, in particular articles of association and statutes of companies, resolutions of corporate bodies, internal regulations and employment contracts.
