Jakub Krzystanek

Jakub brings over twenty years of experience spanning business, investment, and project management. He specialises in strategic advisory for entrepreneurs and in the end-to-end management of investment and development projects.

A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, he began his career in the training and consultancy sector, where he focused on project management, business process optimisation, and organisational development. He subsequently spent many years in management roles at companies in the construction and real estate development sector, overseeing the delivery of complex investment undertakings and providing strategic support to their operations.

For the past several years, his focus has been on the digital asset market, blockchain technology, and emerging business models in the Web3 space. He closely follows European and global regulation concerning crypto-assets, the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA), stablecoins, DeFi, and the infrastructure underpinning digital financial services.

Within the firm’s Cryptocurrency & Blockchain practice, Jakub is responsible for projects that call for a combination of commercial, technological, and regulatory perspectives — from strategy and regulatory compliance through to the development of ventures built on distributed ledger technology. His work spans both Web3 start-ups and traditional enterprises implementing tokenisation and digital-asset solutions.
